Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Campaign Engagement
Welcome to the official campaign platform of Chief Amb. Olujobi Ezekiel Fayoyin, Gubernatorial Candidate of the National Rescue Movement (NRM) for Ogun State 2027 (Rescue Ogun 2027). By accessing our digital portals, registering as a volunteer or ward mobilizer, attending our town halls, or contributing voluntary campaign donations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these terms carefully.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute an official agreement between you ("Citizen," "Supporter," "Volunteer," "Donor," or "User") and the Chief Amb. Olujobi Ezekiel Fayoyin Campaign Organization ("the Campaign," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
By accessing or using this website, filling out volunteer or contact forms, downloading policy manifestos, or participating in campaign digital channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and relevant electoral laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2 Campaign Mission & Electoral Purpose
The Rescue Ogun 2027 campaign operates under the solemn covenant: "People-First Governance • 100% Grassroots Autonomy" and our shared rally cry: "Together, We Rescue Ogun State in 2027."
Our digital platform serves exclusively democratic, educational, civic mobilization, and policy dissemination purposes. All published documents—including the 7 Strategic Pillars, 20 LGA development matrices, and 84-page Policy Manifesto—represent our transparent blueprint to usher in economic self-reliance, security, infrastructure restoration, and fiscal liberation for Ogun State.
3 Volunteer, Mobilizer & Ward Vanguard Registration
Supporters wishing to join the campaign across the 3 Senatorial Districts, 20 Local Government Areas, and 236 political wards agree to the following guidelines:
- Accurate Information: Volunteers and ward mobilizers must provide genuine and verifiable names, contact numbers, LGAs, and ward details during registration.
- Voluntary Civic Action: Participation in campaign volunteer vanguards, youth wings, women's leagues, and polling unit committees is purely voluntary, patriotic, and community-driven.
- Authorized Representation: Registering as a supporter does not confer unilateral authority to enter legal, financial, or contractual obligations on behalf of Chief Amb. Olujobi Ezekiel Fayoyin or the NRM without written authorization from the Director-General of the Central Campaign Secretariat.
4 Code of Conduct & Digital Community Standards
The Rescue Ogun 2027 movement is firmly anchored in peaceful, dignified, issue-based democratic engagement. When interacting on our portals, forums, social media spaces, or physical town halls, all participants agree to adhere to strict civic standards:
- Zero Hate Speech or Violence: We reject all forms of political thuggery, hate speech, religious intolerance, ethnic profiling, defamation, or harassment of political opponents and citizens.
- Truth in Campaigning: Spreading deliberately fabricated news, altered videos (deepfakes), or voter suppression disinformation is strictly prohibited.
- System Security: Users must not attempt to compromise, probe, or breach our server security, contact submission systems, or voter mobilization databases.
- Respect for Lawful Process: All campaign mobilization strictly adheres to the peaceful civic guidelines established by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Civic Commitment: Any individual found engaging in political violence, unauthorized fundraising, or conduct detrimental to public peace will be immediately dismissed from campaign committees and reported to statutory law enforcement authorities.
5 Campaign Donations, Contributions & INEC Compliance
To ensure total financial independence and freedom from political godfatherism, our campaign welcomes voluntary grassroots and diaspora contributions strictly within legal limits:
- Legal & Electoral Act Compliance: All political contributions comply strictly with the provisions of the Nigerian Electoral Act 2022 and INEC campaign finance guidelines.
- Voluntary Financial Support: Contributions are voluntary political donations dedicated to supporting logistics, voter education, town halls, poll monitoring, and publicity.
- Payment Security: Online donations and contributions are handled via secure, encrypted payment processing gateways. We do not store credit/debit card credentials on our public web servers.
- Refunds: Because campaign contributions are immediately deployed to ongoing election mobilization and public activities, donations are non-refundable once processed. In the case of genuine duplicate transactions, requests must be submitted within seven (7) days to support@olujobifayoyin.org.
6 Town Halls, Rallies, Grassroots Assemblies & Media Consent
The Campaign regularly conducts grassroots consultative assemblies, community dialogues, and rallies across Ogun Central, Ogun West, and Ogun East:
- Public Safety: Attendees agree to maintain orderly decorum and adhere to directions from campaign protocol officers and security agencies.
- Photography & Media Consent: Public campaign events and rallies are documented through photography, videography, live broadcasting, and social media coverage. By attending public campaign gatherings, attendees consent to appearance in collective community footage, press releases, and campaign archives.

All original materials on https://olujobifayoyin.org—including the candidate's policy blueprints, manifestos, the "Rescue Ogun 2027" marks, logos, documentary films, graphics, campaign photographs, and articles—are the intellectual property of the Chief Amb. Olujobi Ezekiel Fayoyin Campaign Organization.
Citizens and supporters are warmly encouraged to share, download, and distribute official policy documents, campaign flyers, and manifestos for lawful voter education and mobilization purposes, provided such materials are shared accurately and without deceptive alterations.
